Data Entry Operator
Job Description
Accurately enter and update data in Hindi and Telugu languages using computer systems.
Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
Translate or transcribe documents from Hindi/Telugu to English (if required).
Maintain records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform quality checks and correct any errors in the data.
Organize files and ensure proper digital storage.
Coordinate with other team members for data collection and validation.
Proficiency in Hindi Typing (Kruti Dev / Mangal font / Inscript Keyboard).
Proficiency in Telugu Typing (Gautami / Noto Sans Telugu / Inscript Keyboard).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to read, write, and understand Hindi, Telugu, and English.
Fast and accurate typing speed.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Minimum 10+2 or any Graduate.
Typing certification in Hindi or Telugu will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in data entry or document processing is preferred but not mandatory.
