Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, operationalize and manage a data rights methodology to ensure data is flowing and being used as intended.
  • Establish data rights policies and procedures to ensure compliance is met.
  • Provides inputs and collaborates with the vendor organization on drafting, generation, interpretation and management of highly complex proposals and contracts documents in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and specification and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Represents the Data Management organization to stakeholders and internal teams for collaboration
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting it to management

What you will contribute:

  • Managing Operations Day-to-day - daily work with a team supporting systems.
  • Managing team members covering functional areas for Release Management and Environment Support. Sets priorities and allocates resources as necessary and directs staff toward group objectives
  • Managing Risk - establishing metrics and controls. Generates and drives an agenda in preparation of system capacity and performance measures.
  • Automate deployment processes, customizations, upgrades, and monitoring of all our applications across the regions
  • Establish enterprise-grade continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes to help deliver software of higher quality.
  • Upgrade, maintain, and improve the software deployment infrastructure
  • Support traditional release management model while adopting DevOps release principles and best practices
  • Manage Projects in PPM for resource allocation, finance and completeness by collaborating with Functional leads & Portfolio and Project management team
