Strong Knowledge in Speech Recognition, Model Training, familiarity with major speech engines (Google, Microsoft & Amazon) for Speech-to-Text is a must.

Experience with state-of-the-art NLP and Deep Learning Techniques.

Strong Knowledge in Handling Text Data and NLU, NLG and NLP Concepts (Parsing, Text Summarization, Semantic Similarity, Named Entity Recognition, Classification, etc.)

Solid experience in NLP algorithms including Deep Learning, Convolutional Neural Networks, Supervised and Unsupervised Learning, Support Vector Machines, Recurrent Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning.

Expert level in Python and using NLP Libraries nltk, genism, spacy, and hands-on experience in Keras/TensorFlow/PyTorch, Libraries like sklearn, Numpy, pandas.

Mastery of cutting-edge deep learning algorithms like LSTM, & Transformers.

Hand on exposure of data structures, data modelling and software architecture.

Expert level development skills in Python.

Experience with huge datasets, Cloud environment, multi-GPU training, production deployment.

Put in place systems to continuously monitor, evaluate and re-train ML models in production.

Able to understand the determinants of success for a Machine Learning system, Model accuracy and efficiency, Data requirements, Training and Test constructs, CI/CD for ML systems.

Able to build standard ML systems using available ML components provided by AWS, Azure and GCP.

Understanding of Web App / Mobile App Development, Integration with API- s, Flask & Django is desirable.
