Job Description
VACANCY FOR GRADUATE ENGINEERING FRESHERS IN MNC PROFILE.
QUALIFICATION: B.E OR B.TECH WITH 70% PLUS AGGREGATE.B.E/B.Tech 2024-25 ENGINEERING GRADUATE FRESHERS PREFERRED. (COMPUTER SCIENCE/IT BRANCH PREFERRED.)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Modeling
-
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, correlations, outliers, and patterns within data.
-
Build predictive and descriptive models using machine learning and statistical techniques.
-
Use supervised and unsupervised learning models to solve business challenges such as churn prediction, fraud detection, recommendation systems, pricing optimization, and demand forecasting.
-
Develop custom data models and algorithms tailored to the organization’s goals.
2. Data Collection, Cleaning, and Processing
-
Work with data engineers and analysts to gather, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple sources such as databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Handle missing data, outliers, and inconsistent values using data preprocessing techniques.
-
Create reusable scripts or pipelines for data wrangling and transformation.
3. Machine Learning Implementation
-
Select appropriate algorithms based on problem type, business goals, and dataset characteristics.
-
Train, test, and validate models to ensure performance metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, AUC, etc.) meet project requirements.

Tune hyperparameters using cross-validation, grid search, or other optimization methods.
-
Deploy models into production and monitor performance over time.
4. Data Visualization & Communication
-
Translate complex findings into easily understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Create compelling dashboards, charts, and reports using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Plotly.

Present data-driven recommendations clearly in business review meetings or product planning sessions.
5. Collaboration & Strategy
-
Work closely with business teams to understand objectives, KPIs, and operational challenges.

Contribute to the development of data strategies and frameworks that enhance data accessibility, quality, and usability.

Support A/B testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation for marketing, product, and operational improvements.
6. Research & Development
-
Stay updated with the latest trends in artificial intelligence, data science frameworks, and programming practices.

Conduct research to evaluate new data sources, tools, and modeling approaches.
-
Contribute to innovation initiatives such as developing prototypes, advanced analytics tools, or automated decision-making systems.
