Job Description
We are always looking for a Delivery boy who can work for us as a full-timer, part-timer, weekend & or night shifts so that you can make use of your time wisely and earn more money.
Duties:
- Responsible for collecting the delivery items from the warehouses/Pickup location.
- Ensure the safe delivery of items at the customers place on time.
- Cross check if correct items are picked up and delivered.
- Responsible for collecting the right amount of payment from the customers.
- Report or update the delivered items information correctly.
Who could be ideal for this Job?
- You should have a Bike and Driving license
- One who is passionate to drive/ride the bike
Key Responsibilities:
1. Timely Delivery:

Deliver goods, parcels, food, or other items to customers’ locations on time.

Follow the designated route or GPS navigation system to reach delivery points efficiently.

Collect delivery items from warehouses, kitchens, stores, or vendors as per the order list.
2. Customer Interaction:

Communicate politely with customers during delivery to confirm receipt.

Provide assistance if the customer has questions about the order or delivery process.

Collect payment when necessary and issue receipts or confirmations.
3. Order Accuracy and Handling:

Verify recipient information and confirm the contents of each delivery before dispatch.

Handle items carefully to avoid damage during transportation.

Follow any special instructions provided by the sender or recipient.
4. Documentation and Updates:

Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and payment status.

Update delivery status in the mobile app or manual logs.

Report undelivered packages, customer complaints, or delivery issues to the supervisor.
5. Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance:

Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, cycle, or van) is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.

Follow traffic rules, wear safety gear, and maintain a valid driving license at all times.

Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
