Job Summary:
We are hiring a Delivery Boy to deliver medical devices to hospitals and company staff across different locations using local trains (Western, Central, Harbour, and Trans-Harbour lines). The ideal candidate should be physically fit, punctual, and familiar with Mumbai’s train network and city routes. This role requires responsible handling of sensitive medical items, timely deliveries, and professional communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver medical devices safely to various hospitals, clinics, and company employees across different local train lines.

Plan and follow the most efficient routes and time schedules to meet delivery timelines.

Travel daily via local trains across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and nearby regions as per delivery requirements.

Handle medical products with care and ensure proper handover at the delivery point.

Maintain delivery logs, collect customer signatures, and update delivery records.

Ask for feedback on service and report any client complaints or issues to the supervisor.

Collect payments or acknowledgment receipts when required and submit to the office on time.

Maintain a professional and polite attitude with clients and hospital staff.

Follow company protocols, wear uniform or ID (if provided), and maintain a neat appearance.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

Experience: Minimum experience in delivery or fieldwork (preferred, not mandatory)

Must be familiar with Mumbai’s train network and able to travel comfortably across all railway lines.

Basic ability to use a smartphone for location tracking and communication.

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi (basic English is a plus).

Physically fit and comfortable carrying light to medium-weight packages.

Honest, reliable, and punctual.

Should be willing to work flexible hours as per delivery schedule.

Must follow safety and hygiene protocols, especially while handling medical equipment.
Preferred Candidates:

Residents of Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai or nearby areas.

Candidates who have previously worked in delivery, courier services, or field jobs.

Those with experience delivering to hospitals or in the healthcare industry are a plus.
