Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Boy
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers as per the assigned routes.
- Load, unload, and secure goods in delivery vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made (e.g., receipts, payment collection).
- Follow safety and traffic regulations during deliveries.
- Ensure all goods are delivered in excellent condition.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address customer queries, if any.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Report any issues or delays in deliveries to the supervisor.
- Assist in organizing deliveries and inventory when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to navigate through the streets of Mumbai and knowledge of local areas and routes.
- Good physical health, as the role may require lifting and carrying packages.
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.
- Punctual and reliable with a good work ethic.
- Prior experience in delivery services is an advantage but not mandatory.
