Job Description
- Daily delivery of products to clients as per ordered quantity within agreed TAT.
- Ensuring on time delivery of order without any damage.
- Ensuring to get POD on each and every delivery.
- Responsible for achievement of EHS objectives.
- Submitting PODs to Record Keeping Executive of concerned branch on same day of delivery.
- Responsible for collection of payments in terms of cheques/cash as per instructions.
- Responsible to deposit the cash in bank as per the instructions.
- Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.
- Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
- Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.
- Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.
