Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Operations
-
Collect packages, parcels, or goods from the warehouse or pickup location.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers or business partners.

Plan and follow efficient routes to reach destinations on time.
-
Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when applicable and submit them as per company policy.
-
Obtain customer signatures and proof of delivery for confirmation.
2. Customer Interaction & Support
-
Greet customers politely and deliver items with professionalism.
-
Provide assistance to customers by explaining order details or resolving basic concerns.
-
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while representing the company.
3. Vehicle & Equipment Management
-
Use company-provided vehicles, bikes, or personal vehicles depending on the job role.
-
Ensure the delivery vehicle or bike is well-maintained and roadworthy.
-
Report any vehicle-related issues, delays, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
-
Properly handle company-provided equipment such as delivery bags, mobile devices, and GPS trackers.
4. Reporting & Documentation
-
Update delivery status in the company’s app or tracking system in real-time.

Submit daily reports of completed deliveries, pending orders, and returned items.
-
Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and delivery proofs.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
-
Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to manage dispatch schedules.
-
Inform supervisors about delayed deliveries, customer issues, or operational challenges.

Cooperate with the customer support team to resolve delivery-related complaints.
