Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring a Delivery Field Executive for handling bank-related tasks, document pickup/delivery, and other office errands. This is a field job that involves visiting various client locations, banks, and government offices to deliver or collect important documents and cheques.
The ideal candidate must own a bike, have a valid driving license, and be punctual, trustworthy, and familiar with city routes. Petrol allowance and mobile reimbursements will be provided as per company policy.
This position is open only to male candidates, due to the nature of the work involving frequent outdoor field movement, cash handling, and document submission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Document & Package Delivery

Deliver and collect confidential company or client documents from banks, offices, or government agencies.

Submit cheques, drafts, challans, or forms to designated institutions on time.

Ensure secure handling and safe delivery of all assigned packages.
2. Bank-Related Work
-
Deposit or withdraw cheques, demand drafts, and cash as per instructions.

Submit physical documents to banks or collect certified copies or receipts.

Collect and deliver passbooks, account statements, or KYC forms from clients.
3. Field Coordination
-
Report to the office every morning and take daily field instructions or work log.

Coordinate with office staff regarding address, contact details, and specific instructions.

Share delivery updates once work is completed at each location.
4. Timely Execution

Complete all assigned pickups and deliveries within the same day.

Prioritize urgent deliveries and act promptly during time-sensitive tasks.

Follow a systematic route plan to optimize fuel usage and time.
5. Record-Keeping

Maintain delivery logs, get client or recipient signatures on proof of delivery (POD), and hand over receipts to the office daily.

Inform the admin team immediately in case of delays, client unavailability, or incorrect addresses.
Key Requirements

Own two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for this role.

Valid driving license required.

Basic smartphone use for location sharing, maps, and WhatsApp coordination.

Familiarity with city routes and nearby areas.

Must be physically fit and ready to travel extensively during working hours.
