We can't wait for you to discover this for yourself as a Specialist, IT Application Management on our IT App Management team in Hyderabad.
In a world powered by technology, our customers need their systems and applications to be reliable. That's the remit of our IT App Management team. Both proactive and reactive, we're responsible for the technical administration of enterprise application suites, including ERP and CRM. We're experts in undertaking design, support, monitoring and system tuning activities across the entire application stack, including end-user UI, web and application servers and databases. We also analyze software and hardware problems, coordinate workable solutions and perform system software upgrades.
Key Responsibilities

Follows standard practices and procedures

Duties and tasks are routine and standardized

Packages simple / medium complexity applications

Manages work tasks based on input from senior engineers.

Designs, authors, tests, documents and performs basic debugging of application packages according to customer standards, policies and procedures

Documents application packages worked on.
Essential Requirements
-
Good Understanding of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Win7, Win8, Win10).

Good Understanding & 1-2 Experience of Windows Installer and Virtualization Technologies (Wise, Installshield).
