Should be able to receive patients and assist during the treatment on the dental chair and also cleaning of instruments chair office furniture daily. Should be presentable. Reach on time from 10 am to 2pm in the morning hours and evening 5pm to 8: 30 pm in the night. Sunday closed.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Dental Assistant Receptionist who can handle both patient reception and clinical assistance during treatments. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and willing to assist in maintaining a clean and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Desk Duties

✅ Welcoming Patients – Greet patients warmly and guide them through the check-in process.
✅ Appointment Scheduling – Manage patient bookings and follow-up reminders.
✅ Patient Record Management – Maintain and update medical history and billing details.
✅ Answering Calls & Queries – Handle patient inquiries professionally.

Dental Assistance Duties

✅ Chairside Assistance – Help the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and preparing materials.
✅ Sterilization & Cleaning – Ensure dental instruments and equipment are cleaned and sterilized after each use.
✅ Office & Clinic Hygiene – Clean and sanitize the dental chair, treatment room, and office furniture daily.
✅ Stock Management – Keep track of dental supplies and ensure availability.
✅ Patient Care & Comfort – Assist patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure their comfort.
