Job Description

On-Site Installation: Set up hardware, local servers, edge devices, and software packages at various intra-city facility nodes.

System Integration: Connect local operational tools with central cloud systems and APIs.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, or software failures locally to minimize downtime.

Maintenance & Patching: Distribute security updates, firmware upgrades, and software patches across local terminals.

Collaboration: Coordinate with central product, ITIL change management, and remote engineering teams during go-live phases.

Documentation: Maintain clear logs of local installations, configurations, and recurring network issues.
