Job Description:

Objective To ensure the effective planning and execution in all aspects related to F&A, Admin, Commercial of operation activities at the site level & commercial handle legal documentations.
Effective control on accounts receivables and ensuring adherence to payment schedules.
Make statutory payments and taxes on time with nil penalties for late payment.(as defined)
100% compliance with all F&A standard procedures and report deviations.
Effective Budget planning of site, critically review budgets and take effective initiatives for costs effectiveness.
Plan and implement effective internal concordant auditing system and ensure compliance of corporate audit observations.
Effective closer of A/Cs and implementation of preventive actions. Nil variation in physical inventory and in receipt of non-confirming material.
Timely & Factual analytical representation of data.Well qualified and experienced outstanding professional having good knowledge of all commercial fields.
10 Minimum 15-20 yrs experience in handle legal documentation
Liaison, areas of Accounts, Finance,
Costing & Budgeting
Corporate Finance
Good relationships with Banks & Govt.
Departments, Ensuring Internal control system and taxations in any medium
