We are looking for good candidates for Deputy manager Projects & Service on behalf of our reputed client which is located in  Markal, Taluka Khed, Dist -Pune Pune.

v  Position –Deputy manager Projects & Service

v  Reporting to Managing Director

v  Qualification – Graduate in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering; MBA desired

v   Experience – Minimum 8 years

v  Salary – up to 10 LPA

v  Industry Type- Manufacturing

v  Job Location –  Markal, Taluka Khed, Dist -Pune

v  Remuneration: Commensurate with Qualification & Experience

v  Weekly Off – Sunday

v  Preference will be given to immediate joiners

Role & Responsibility:

•  Total Responsibility for Order Execution: Customer Satisfaction, On Time Performance, Profitability, Cost, Cash Flow, Quality etc.
• Leading a team of professionals to manage projects, services
• Coordinating with all other functional teams to align them to the common goal
• Converting Opportunities & Risks to Profits
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• People management beyond own team

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Technical expertise in the domain
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Building and maintaining the excellent relationships at the senior level with Customers and all other stakeholders

• Turnkey/ Supply of large and smaller projects for waste heat recovery/ process integrated boilers, waste heat-based power plants, heat exchangers, thermic fluid heaters, hot water generators, hot air generators, or similar core engineered systems.
