We want a smart product designer to join our small creative team. Together with engineering, we invent and design everything across our mobile and web apps. We speak regularly with our users, listen carefully to the people we work with every day, and work until everything perfect.

What you’ll do:

• Take charge of every user facing aspect of entire features.
  
• Gather research and ideas from across teams.
  
• Design perfect mockups and prototypes.
  
• Present and explain design decisions to the rest of the company.
  
• Oversee builds, working closely with engineering and design.
  
• Oversee copy and communication with other teams to maintain a consistent voice.
  
• Organize and refine our own resources, leaving projects better than when you found them.
  

What were looking for:

• 1+ years of product design experience.
  
• A keen eye for detail and consistency.
  
• An expert in Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  
• Comfort with CSS and HTML.
  
• Experience prototyping motion with tools such as Principle, Framer.js or After Effects.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of Apples Human Interface Guidelines and the Google Design Guidelines.
  
• Strong writing ability. You can communicate verbally as well as visually.
  
• Humility and the ability to accept and manage feedback. This is important.

• A portfolio of relevant work.
  
• 3-5 sentences on the toughest design challenge you have faced till date.
