Core Functions:
We are looking for a Design
Drafter to join our team. You will help turn design ideas into
detailed, accurate drawings for our interior projects. You will work closely
with designers and project teams to make sure everything is ready for
production and installation.
- Create Drawings: Use design software (like AutoCAD) to make detailed technical drawings for interior projects.
- Work with Designers: Turn design ideas into practical plans and layouts that our team can follow.
- Coordinate with Teams: Work with project managers and designers to make sure drawings meet the client’s needs and deadlines.
- Specify Materials: Include material details in your drawings to help production teams know what to use.
- Update Drawings: Change and update designs when necessary based on client feedback or project changes.
- Collaborate with Teams: Communicate with production teams to make sure designs are clear and can be easily made.
- Keep Records: Maintain organized files of all your drawings and revisions for future reference.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in design drafting, especially for interior projects.
- Skills: Good at using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, etc.).
- Knowledge: Understanding of design principles, space planning, and how materials are used in interiors.
- Attention to Detail: You should be careful and make sure your drawings are accurate.
- Teamwork: Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
