Job Description
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture (2022–2024 graduates welcome).

Key Responsibilities
1. Hands-on Training Delivery
-
Conduct classroom, lab, or workshop-based sessions on architectural and civil design principles, software tools, and industry practices.

Deliver practical training using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, or similar platforms.
-
Guide participants through the entire design process—from concept development to detailed drawings—using real-world examples.

Demonstrate problem-solving approaches for common design and construction challenges.
-
Provide individual feedback and mentoring to trainees to help them improve their technical and design skills.
2. Content and Curriculum Development
-
Collaborate with the academic/training team to create structured learning modules and project-based activities.
-
Develop technical documentation, training presentations, and practice exercises aligned with industry standards.

Prepare sample projects, case studies, and design templates for instructional use.
-
Ensure training content incorporates the latest advancements in architectural design, sustainable construction, and building regulations.
-
Update course material regularly to reflect changes in software features, design methodologies, and industry trends.
3. Live Project Work
-
Actively participate in live architectural and civil engineering design projects for clients or in-house developments.
-
Prepare detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications as per project requirements.

Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other consultants to ensure design feasibility, structural stability, and compliance.

Use live project data to create relevant training examples for trainees.

Oversee project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
4. Industry Collaboration and Integration
-
Liaise with industry professionals to integrate real-world challenges into training projects.

Coordinate site visits, guest lectures, and workshops for trainees to gain on-ground exposure.

Bring client requirements into the classroom to create realistic project scenarios.
5. Mentoring and Support
-
Assist interns, students, or junior engineers in applying theoretical knowledge to real-life project tasks.

Offer guidance on portfolio building, industry certifications, and career pathways.
-
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and innovation in project design.
6. Quality Assurance
-
Review trainee project work for accuracy, adherence to codes, and professional presentation.
-
Evaluate training effectiveness and update teaching methods accordingly.
-
Ensure live project deliverables meet both client expectations and regulatory standards.
Skills and Competencies Required
Technical Skills
-
Proficiency in architectural and civil design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp, STAAD.Pro, Lumion, or similar.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, design standards, and building codes.

Ability to produce detailed structural and architectural drawings.
-
Experience in 3D visualization and rendering is an advantage.
