Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Design Faculty to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in the design department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design principles, practices, and technologies. Candidate should be knowing the Graphics , Ui Ux , and Knowledge of Multimedia. He or She should be Average in English .

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Training

  • Conduct theory and practical classes in design-related subjects.
  • Teach design principles, software tools (Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Figma, etc.), and creative methodologies.
  • Guide students in hands-on projects, workshops, and studio work.

2. Curriculum Development

  • Develop and update course content, study materials, and assignments.
  • Ensure syllabus aligns with industry standards and emerging trends.
  • Design and implement practical exercises and design challenges.

3. Student Mentorship & Assessment

  • Provide individual guidance and feedback on student projects.
  • Conduct assessments, exams, and portfolio reviews.
  • Encourage creativity, innovation, and real-world problem-solving.

4. Industry Collaboration & Research

  • Stay updated with latest design trends, technologies, and innovations.
  • Organize guest lectures, field visits, and design exhibitions.
  • Engage in research, publishing, and professional development.
