Qualifications

Strong visual and interaction design judgment and the ability to think systematically
Ability to craft and communicate a compelling story/point of view that connects design solutions to results, while being able to listen and incorporate diverse perspectives that balance both user and business goals
Proficiency in implementing and teaching user-centered, agile design methodologies that include iterative prototyping and experimentation
Personal drive and impact, a desire to roll up the sleeves and make things happen
Passion for building beautifully crafted experiences – incredible attention to detail in language, usability and design with a proven track-record for shipping high quality experiences
Product thought leadership with technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly understand service capabilities, technical issues and customer needs
Domain expertise with analytics, data visualization, SaaS B2B software and productivity tools preferred, but not required.
A./B.S. in design, HCI, or equivalent experience
3+ years of professional experience in space of Product Design, Interaction Design or Visual Design with practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
An inspiring portfolio reflecting your persistent endeavor in attaining perfection. Design projects showcases your proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences, reflecting the synthesis of good visual and interaction design principles. Proficient in standard design tools.
