EXPERIENCE: 1-2 Yrs

Experience in customer service, especially working with North American / global firms is an asset

Visual arts degree or equivalent

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing timelines and deadlines
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficient in other Microsoft Office tools
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience in video editing and production tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an asset
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an asset
• UX design experience (including knowledge of InVision) is an asset

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute aesthetically appealing work to Infor’s brand communications across multiple mediums
• Apply business requirements and leverage corporate templates to create professional deliverables
• Deliverables may include, but are not limited to, PowerPoint enhancements, video editing, 3D isometric illustrations and other graphics support
