Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.

Provide L1/L2 end-user support for hardware, software, and operating system issues.

Install, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.

Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.

Manage Active Directory tasks such as user creation, password resets, account unlocks, and group membership.

Support Azure AD and Microsoft 365 user administration.

Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.

Perform software installation, patching, and security updates.

Troubleshoot printer issues, including network printers and print queues.

Handle incident, service request, and asset management through ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.

Provide remote support using RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or SCCM.

Configure email profiles and perform Outlook backup and PST migration.

Install antivirus software and ensure endpoint security compliance.

Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and hardware movement records.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement, warranty claims, and escalations.

Support conference room devices, video conferencing systems, and meeting room equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on end-user devices.

Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Support onboarding, offboarding, and workstation setup for new employees.

Provide 24x7 shift support and adhere to SLA targets.
