Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and remote tools.

• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory.

• Install and update operating systems, drivers, and applications.

• Configure Outlook and Office 365 applications.

• Resolve printer and connectivity issues.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

• Handle incident tickets and ensure timely resolution according to SLA.

• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
