Objective
Seeking an entry-level IT Support Engineer position where I can utilize my knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting to provide technical support, ensure system efficiency, and grow professionally while contributing to organizational success.
Experience & Responsibilities
Provide Level-1 (L1) Technical Support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, printers, and applications.
Assist in user account management (password reset, user creation, access control).
Support Active Directory administration and system login issues.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and connectivity problems.
Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network devices.
Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus management.
Maintain IT asset tracking and documentation.
Provide support using remote tools like Ultraviewer, AnyDesk, and TeamViewer.
Ensure systems follow company security and backup policies.
