Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: Fresher / 0–2Year

Assist in installation & basic troubleshooting of desktop, laptop, printer, OS, and software.

Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, IP configuration).

Help in system updates, antivirus installation, user support & maintenance tasks.

Log user issues and escalate to senior engineers when required.

Basic understanding of Windows OS, Networking, and Computer Hardware.

Knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP (basic level) preferred.
-
Good communication, willingness to learn, and customer handling attitude.

Diploma / ITI / BCA / B.Tech (Computer/IT) or equivalent.
