Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Desktop Support Engineer.
Provide support for VIP users as well as Normal users.
· Handling Ticketing Tool and Remote Support.
· Installation and maintenance of Windows OS
· Installation/updating of desktop software, windows.
· Remote desktop connections
· Antivirus support
· Create a backup and recovery policy
· Desktop performance monitoring and optimization.
