- Vendor Coordination for hardware failure.
- Installation of Standalone & Network Printer & Scanner
- Wi-Fi configuration knowledge
- Basic knowledge on iPad, iPhone & MAC book and mail configuration on them
- Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge
- Good Communication Skill
