Job Description
As a Lead DevOps Engineer with 3 years of experience, you will spearhead the automation and optimization of our development pipelines and infrastructure. Your role focuses on bridging the gap between development and operations teams to ensure seamless software delivery and high system reliability. You will provide technical guidance and implement best practices in CI/CD, cloud orchestration, and monitoring to drive operational excellence across the organization.
Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and testing processes.
Manage and scale cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP while ensuring cost-efficiency and security.
Lead the containerization strategy using Docker and Kubernetes for microservices orchestration.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage environment consistency.
Monitor system performance and uptime using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack, and respond to incidents.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex environment issues.
Establish and enforce security best practices within the DevOps lifecycle, including secrets management and vulnerability scanning.
Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on DevOps principles and toolsets.
Manage configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to ensure system stability.
