Core skills

3-15 years experience in programming. 2+ years in DevOps / SRE.

Excellent Programming Skills In Any Language. Polyglot Preferred.

Understanding of at least one cloud platform (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Should be able to rationalize different cloud architectures--microservices / load balancers, API gateway, caching.

Cloud networking knowledge: should understand VPC, NATs, and routers.

Contributions to open source is a plus.

Good written communication skills a must. Contributions to technical blogs / whitepapers will be an added advantage.

Good to have skills

Knowledge of algorithms and data structure fundamentals.
