Job Description
Diet Counsellor
- Sharing essential information about the disease, broad treatment guidelines and lifestyle modifications
- Role of a counsellor involves meeting patients
- Meeting patient within 24 hours of receiving request to contact.
- Sharing the essence of the Patient Support Program.
- Carefully listening to the concerns and difficulties faced by the patient.
- Timely follow-up with patients to assess patient progress towards therapeutic outcomes and also to ensure that the rapport and timely communication to the respective doctor.
- Taking doctor and patient consent, and proper maintenance of consent forms.
- Value Addition to Doctors.
- Customizing the patient compliance program to the needs of individual doctors and ensuring timely and high-quality patient servicing, care and counseling.
- Sharing patient progress with doctors.
