Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to support a variety of online marketing initiatives. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The goal is to grow our brand’s influence while also increasing customer engagement and conversion rates.
You will work closely with internal teams as well as external vendors and agencies to help execute digital campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, content marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO). A strong interest in digital trends, data analysis, and marketing technologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Support:

Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Help set up A/B tests and experiments to determine the effectiveness of digital strategies.
2. Content Management and Creation:

Support the content team by helping write, edit, and publish content for blogs, email newsletters, website landing pages, and social media posts.

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and SEO best practices.

Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce engaging multimedia content.
3. Website and SEO:

Assist in managing and updating website content using CMS tools like WordPress or Shopify.

Support the SEO strategy by researching keywords, optimizing on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers), and building backlinks.

Use tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush to track site performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Social Media Management:

Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.

Monitor comments, messages, and user engagement, and escalate issues when necessary.

Track social media KPIs and prepare performance reports.
5. Email Marketing:

Assist with the creation and execution of email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.

Maintain and segment email lists to ensure proper targeting and list hygiene.

Analyze email metrics and provide insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
6. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze key metrics from Google Analytics, social platforms, and marketing software.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying trends and making suggestions based on findings.

Track campaign ROI and assist in budget planning and forecasting.
7. Collaboration and Coordination:

Work with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer support to align marketing efforts.

Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized campaign support such as paid advertising, SEO audits, or creative design.

Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving digital presence and campaign performance.
