Job Description

Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Executive will handle SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and content strategies to drive both organic and paid growth across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) 2. Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, keyword optimization). 3. Manage and grow social media channels with engaging, organic content. 4. Run paid ad campaigns and optimize ROI (Return on Investment). 5. Develop content strategies for blogs, email, and social media. 6. Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and create reports. 7. Coordinate with content/design teams for creative and strategy execution. 8. Manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns. 9. Stay updated with current marketing trends, tools, and algorithms. Organic Growth Skills (Must Have):  Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing for organic reach.  Ability to grow engagement organically through social media.  Experience in managing Google My Business and online reputation.  Knowledge of analytics tools to measure traffic and engagement.  Skill in creating content that educates, engages, and converts.  Consistent tracking and improving organic performance month over month.
