About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Taking responsibility for setting up & managing campaigns across search, display, social, etc. for both web and app funnels
2. Creating & maintaining daily reports and dashboards
3. Creating and vetting said reports on a day-to-day basis for improving ROI, identifying issues in the funnel, and fixing them
4. Improving conversion on the website/app by analyzing the entire conversion funnel
5. Exploring strategies & channels to drive performance marketing
6. Working and coordinating with cross-functional teams across domains to lead and close initiatives

Other requirements
1. Ability to create & execute marketing campaigns unpaid channels - Google Ads & Facebook Ads
2. A strong combination of analytical and creative thinking
3. Good understanding of Google Analytics. Data studio & GTM would be a plus
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Sheets (pivot tables, formulas & graphs, cohorts, etc.)
5. Previous experience in a similar performance marketing role is also a plus
