● Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers,

optimise campaign effectiveness.

● Monitor email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through

rates, and conversion rates, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

● Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence by creating and publishing engaging

content, including posts, articles, and company updates.

● Utilize LinkedIn advertising features to target specific audiences and generate leads.

● Engage with LinkedIn community members, including responding to comments,

messages, and inquiries, to foster relationships and enhance brand reputation.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Marketing Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to potential customers, engaging with them face-to-face or through various direct marketing channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through door-to-door sales, in-person promotions, events, or cold calling.
  • Generate new business leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Present products/services persuasively, addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Develop strong customer relationships through trust and effective communication.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions to close sales.

3. Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Participate in product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and roadshows.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and local gatherings.
  • Educate customers about new products, offers, and promotions.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights to refine sales strategies.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies.
