content, including posts, articles, and company updates.
● Utilize LinkedIn advertising features to target specific audiences and generate leads.
● Engage with LinkedIn community members, including responding to comments,
messages, and inquiries, to foster relationships and enhance brand reputation.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Marketing Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to potential customers, engaging with them face-to-face or through various direct marketing channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and approach potential customers through door-to-door sales, in-person promotions, events, or cold calling.
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Present products/services persuasively, addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Develop strong customer relationships through trust and effective communication.

- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions to close sales.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Participate in product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and roadshows.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and local gatherings.
- Educate customers about new products, offers, and promotions.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to refine sales strategies.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies.
