Professional Qualification : A
Graduate preferably a Post Graduate in Commerce/ Business
Administration/ Humanities
Experience : Should have about 10 years experience in
Finance and Administration in Central Government, fully conversant with Finance
Planning and Management, Budgeting, Audit and Accounts, Administration and
Establishment Matters
Pay : Candidates
should hold regular a) analogous post in Pay Matrix 14 of 7th CPC (pre-revised Pay
Band-4 with Rs.10,000 Grade Pay) Or b) Equivalent post in Pay Band-4 with Grade
Pay of Rs.8,700 with 4 years of regular service in the grade.
Age Limit : Preferably around 30-45 years of age but not
above 56 years of age.
Note : Financial up-gradation in the Grade Pay under ACP/MACP is not to be reckoned for eligibility
Job Particulars
About Company
The PMGSY is under the authority of the Ministry of Rural Development
and was begun on 25 December 2000. It is fully funded by the central
government. During November 2015, following the recommendations of the 14th
Finance Commission, the Sub-Group of Chief Ministers on Rationalization of
Centrally Sponsored Schemes, it was announced that the project will be funded
by both the central government (60%) and states (40%). In the 2000 government
was announced.
