Job Description

We are a boutique hospitality group with multiple properties in India and our mission is to deliver memorable guest experiences while maximizing revenue and now we are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales who can aggressively drive sales, build corporate and deliver measurable growth.

The Director of Sales will be directly accountable for driving revenue, building corporate and group partnerships, and increasing overall occupancy and profitability. This is a performance-driven role with clear sales targets and aggressive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue across all properties.
  • Secure and grow corporate, group, and MICE business in Chandigarh, Delhi NCR, and Himachal.
  • Increase direct business share while reducing overdependence on OTAs.
  • Design and implement seasonal and off-season packages to boost demand.
  • Negotiate and close profitable contracts with corporate clients, DMCs, and travel agents.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team with structured KPIs.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Hospitality / Business (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years experience in hospitality sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong corporate & MICE network in NCR/Himachal.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, OTA systems, and revenue analysis tools.
