4. Qualification:
i) An eminent scholar with Ph.D qualification(s) in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with. a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per the criteria given in of UGC regulations dated 18th Julv 2018.
ii) A minimum of ten (10) years of teaching experience in university/college/ Institution as Assistant Pmfessor/ Associatc Professor/Professor. and/or research experience at equivalent level at the University 'National level institutions with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidate
iii) Contribution to education innovation. design of new curricula and courses. and technology mediated teaching learning process.
iv) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS). Set out in the UGC Regulations. 2018 and amended from time to time
v) An outstanding professional, having a Ph.D degree in the retevant/ allied/ applied disciplines, from any academic institutions/ industry, who has made significant contribution to the knowledge in the concerned/ allied /relevant discipline. supported by documentary evidence provided he/she has ten years' experience.
5. Desirable Qualifications:
i) Previous experience of working at UGC- HRDC will be preferred.
ii) Experience related to Human Resource Development and teachers training.
