Documentation Executive
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare documents pertaining to export/import shipping documentation based on trading terms agreed with customers
- Obtain all relevant clearances from authorities
- Maintain direct relationship with bank pertaining to all export/import procedures and documentation
- Carry out quality tests and all accompanying documentation through labs or testing agencies as is specified from time to time
- Prepare Sales and Purchase contracts, issue Certificate of Origin, Customs/ Insurance declaration, Monthly delivery/sales reports, issue payment vouchers, etc.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics/shipping Company/agents for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
- Assist in preparation of complete quotes through close relationship with vendors and C&F Agents
- Prepare, validate and establish contracts with suppliers
- Prepare freight invoices and receipt vouchers for materials received
- Monitor and prepare export statistics for ports for commodities of interest for the company
- Maintain history of prices of tariffs for logistics and warehousing
- Attend to other trading requirements from time to time.
- Qualification: MBA/BBA/PGDM/Any Graduate
- Salary: 7,000-9,000
- Experience: 0-1 Year.
