Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Expertise in the creation and use of Boolean search strings.
Proficient in using job portals and social networking sites.

Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who have an End to End Recruitment Experience.
Collecting Requirement from respective Team Lead.
Analyze the requirement and understand what type of person the client is looking for their opening.
Searched for qualified candidates on Monster and job portals and also various Groups, Social sites, free sites, by applying appropriate search strings.
Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
Responsibilities include submitting candidates to the client.
Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.
