Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned lead lists and inbound inquiries to promote Vehicle & Health Insurance .Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, timelines, and eligibility; tailor insurance solutions accordingly.Explain product features, benefits, terms, and premium options clearly and accurately; address objections and close sales.Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM; log calls, messages, quotes, applications, and policy status.Follow up with leads .  
 Required Qualifications :Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or insurance sales (entry-level positions may be considered with strong communication skills and training).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and conversion rates.Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.Willingness to learn product specifics quickly.Knowledge of CRM platforms.High level of integrity & reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Min 12th standard.Knowledge of Kannada or Tamil must depending upon process.Multilingual abilities relevant to your customer base.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary : upto 16500 for Freshers & Upto 18500 for Experienced .Commission/Bonus: Average incentive of around 3000 to 5000 on achieving
