Job Description

  • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
  • Convert design concepts, sketches, and customer drawings into manufacturing drawings.
  • Modify existing drawings based on engineering changes and customer requirements.
  • Prepare assembly drawings, part drawings, and exploded views.
  • Ensure all drawings include proper dimensions, tolerances, materials, and specifications.
  • Maintain drawing revision history and document control.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Purchase departments regarding drawing clarifications.
  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) whenever required.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records of engineering drawings.
  • Ensure drawings comply with ISO 9001:2015 documentation requirements.
  • Support prototype development and new product introduction.
  • Assist in reverse engineering and drawing creation from samples when required.
  • Follow company safety rules and engineering standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by management
