Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online marketplace operations. In this role, you will oversee product listings, handle order and purchase management, analyze pricing and competition, and help improve overall marketplace performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Purchase Order Management
- Manage purchase orders based on sales forecasts and trends
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels
2. Pricing & Competition Analysis
- Conduct pricing analysis to develop competitive strategies
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends
3. E-commerce Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimize product listings across platforms
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies
- Stay updated on marketplace trends and best practices
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Prepare professional reports and performance summaries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, pricing, purchase orders, or inventory management
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and competition analysis
- Experience managing purchase orders and analyzing product performance
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with major e-commerce marketplaces
- Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment processes
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Strong ability to interpret sales data and market trends
