E-commerce Executive Jobs in Delhi - San Garments
Job Description
We are looking for a talented young Energetic and Experienced candidate for the position of E-Commerce Marketplaces Executive having minimum 1 year of experience in a similar domain for our company based in East Delhi.
Candidate Requirement:
1. The candidate should have complete knowledge about listing products on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, Limeroad and others eCommerce marketplace in an optimized way along making Product Title, Description and Bullet points by adding most relevant keywords placement within the content.
2. The person should have good command over Refund, Return and Cancellation of orders and also should have knowledge about filling SAFE-T Claims and other wrong product and partial claims to reduce the seller loss by filling claims.
3. The candidate should have a wide understanding of marketplace selling policies to protect the account from account suspension due to policy violation.
4. The candidate should have a good understanding of generating various kinds of reports such as sales reports, Return Report, Business Reports, payment Reports etc.
5. The applicant should know the seller registration and documents requirement on different marketplaces to get the account registered successfully.
6. The candidate must have knowledge about getting Brand Registry approval, GTIN Exemption Process, Brand Approval through An Authorization letter, Category Approval, ASIN Reinstatement, Account Reinstatement in case of suspended account, Brand Un-gating etc.
7. Able to manage multiple sellers account independently and resolve sellers' queries on priority on a daily basis.
8. Takes all client escalation calls and resolves their query on high priority with complete resolution within the timeline.
9. Wide experience managing national sellers accounts like Amazon IN - Flipkart.
10. Should be able to create Amazon FBA shipment, taking warehousing appointments with the documentation required in the process, along with identifying sellable and non-sellable inventory reporting.
11. Should have knowledge about terms like MSDS, APoB Registration, Stranded Inventory and also know the procedures and process to deal with such terms.
12. Able to manage and optimization of sponsor ads and promotion (Manual and Auto) and familiar with the reporting terms like ACoS, RoI, ROAS, CTR, Targeting Type, Search Term Reporting, Impression, Clicks, CPC etc. to optimize the campaign with low RoI.
13. Should have the ability to boost sales all over the e-commerce marketplaces.
14. Should have an experience in handling Amazon SPN (Service Provider Network) Portals.
15. Ability to enable deals like coupons, Deals, Promotion and MOQ deals on the existing and eligible SKU's.
16. Should have the good and clear product knowledge and ability to help the team members to achieve their target.
17. Good reading, writing and speaking English skills to deal with the client in the front.
18. Works like a Mentor and Trainer within the team and updates the team with any changes in the eCommerce business to avoid any marketplace level penalty due to overlooked the update.
19. A good team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
20. Focused on the main goal, result-oriented and striving to work.
Additional Requirement:
Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustration will gain an advantage in the hiring process.
East Delhi based candidate will be preferred.
