Summary

• Under the direction of the E-commerce Listing Supervisor, the Listing Specialist is responsible for creating, and maintaining the company's product listings on Amazon.
  

• Create new Amazon detail pages
  
• Review detail page for accuracy and consistency
  
• Access the selling on amazon account and add approved listings to the company's inventory
  
• Perform risk assessment of new product additions to inventory
  
• Calculate the profit potential of products identified
  
• Change price levels to maintain profitability
  
• Convert data into a format that is conducive to in-dept analysis
  
• Analyze converted data to determine the correct manufacturer and part that is being sold on all particular Amazon detail pages within the scope of a specific web scraping data set
  
• Submit analysis of the assigned data to the Listing Supervisor for approval
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned
  

• 12th or diploma or equivalent
  
• 1 year e-commerce experience
  
• Understanding of e-commerce in general, specifically the Amazon platform with an emphasis on the Fulfillment By Amazon program
  
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
  
• Must be familiar with the Microsoft Windows 7 Operating System, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
  
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software functions and concepts, such as formulas, pivot tables, etc. is desired
  
• Good command over English
  
• Familiarity with Photoshop highly beneficial
  
• Must be able to project a positive and helpful attitude
  
• The successful Listing Specialist must be able to perform repetitive mental tasks for extended periods while maintaining focus and accuracy
  

• May be required to work on weekends and/or holidays
  
• The Listing Specialist will have access to proprietary software, accounts, and business processes.  As such, a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality is required
