Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the launch of new products
2. Work on product development & sourcing
3. Facilitate all product information and align with the production team on order management
4. Monitor the development status of all programs on different online platforms and offline channels
5. Maintain every aspect of the supply chain (starting from vendor selection, negotiation, generating PO, coordinating with the transporter & accounts department, and getting the stock in-house)
6. Work on market research
7. Design, analyze, and plan the most effective market strategies from the healthcare sectors
8. Work on gathering information
9. Work on content creation for healthcare products like brochures, color box, etc.
10. Manage and create product listings & product advertisements on e-commerce & B2B portals
11. Manage inventory records, order fulfillment process, accuracy in cataloging, product content writing, and setting up keywords
12. Work on content, copywriting, e-commerce, and other platforms
13. Work on corporate presentations for internal and external communications

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (âš 2000 based on performance).
