About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage, create product listings, order fulfillment, inventory, price changes, customer queries, run advertisements on the e-commerce platform
2. Work on marketplace management
3. List products on the marketplaces and ensure they are well represented there
4. Handle timely order fulfillment of all marketplaces and liaise with marketplaces and plant team
5. Manage returns and order cancellations with proper tracking
6. Handle customer support via phone, email, and chat
7. Work on daily online assisted shopping execution
8. Improve and increase online traffic through various digital media platforms
9. Resolve the online technical issues of the customers
