Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing our presence on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Handle product listings, descriptions, and images.
  • Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with teams to maintain stock.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content.
  • Respond to customer reviews and inquiries promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Graduation is a must).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, internet research, and English comprehension.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for e-commerce and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fresher or a person with six month experience
