• Wroops, one of the fast-growing media company, is seeking an new generation Content Editor to help set its editorial direction and expand its readership.
  
• We need an editor who is essentially experienced in the field of editing and has the knowledge of what is right or wrong but also what is less than top-notch and can hone any piece of writing, bring it into the limelight and make it readers’ best read of the day.
  

We will consider your application if you:

• Have strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  
• Have mastery over English language and can detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax.
  
• Can make use of standard reference sources to verify facts, dates, sources and statistics.
  
• Have the required skills to lead a team of writers efficiently.
  
• Should be able to empathize sincerely with the writer's aims and understand what the writer is trying to achieve with the work at all levels.
  
• Should be able to explain to the writer what the writer can do to turn the bad text into a good text.
  
• Can see to it that work is not only perfect but also submitted in time.
  
• Have substantial knowledge of SEO and Social Media.
  
• Can Oversee layout (images, graphics, videos, and artwork)
  
• Additional requirements include the ability to spend long hours surfing the internet, with adequate knowledge of the use of social media websites, especially Facebook.
