Job Description
Young Bhartiya is a Mumbai based think tank (Not-for-profit) established for providing Indian Students with the opportunity to conduct research on policy and participate in social entrepreneurship programs. We have interns spread out across the country, who write articles about events that concern our ever-expanding demographic.
We are currently looking for editors who can to work in conjunction with our interns, to help aid their research and provide critical insight, while also being able to produce credible research (related to subjects of their choice) themselves. We are looking for individuals with a strong command over English language.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching content using various credible sources such as academic databases
2. Writing critical articles on contemporary issues
3. Guiding interns in writing high-quality opinion pieces on economic, politics, gender, society, culture and related issues
4. Curating intellectually stimulating original content for readers
5. Helping with primary research in field-based projects
