- Work on editing of forms/documents
- Review the customer feedback forms for any mistakes/errors and language
- Edit the forms, if necessary
- Occasionally, in the case of incomplete forms, contact the respondents to gather the missing information:
- Edit and review documents/reports as per the guidelines from the client
- Check for syntax and grammatical errors
- Contact the respondents to gather incomplete information
- Graduate /Undergraduate in any stream
- English Communication should be excellent (written and verbal)
- Candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) And Internet browsing
- Good logic and understanding.
- Prior experience will be an added advantage
